While we specialise in providing professional property clearance services, our house clearance service provides you with a quick and convenient way to clear your home or property of unwanted furniture and other items prior to sale, probate, hoarding or any other reason.
As part of our service we can remove any furniture, electrical goods, personal effects, clothes and other household items. We also offer office clearance and shop clearance services to remove equipment, furniture, commercial goods and unwanted stock.
The area we cover encompasses all of North London, Essex and Hertfordshire and the surrounding home counties.
Whether you need to empty a large or small house, a flat or apartment, a bungalow or even a garage, we can help you get your property or space ready for the next stage in its life. If requested at the time of booking we may also be able to arrange for a cleaning service to suit your needs.

If time is short, use our quote request page to send us images of the property/items to be cleared. That may allow us to provide you with a provisional quote. We can usually book a local house clearance within 3-7 working days after quote acceptance.
